Colin is a husband and father to 4, who was born and raised in Vancouver B.C. While raising his own family in Anmore, Port Moody, and now Langley he has spent many years living out his hobby of buying, renovating and renting out various types of real estate. Having always worked in sales he finally turned his hobby into his primary focus and began his career in real estate sales. He offers experienced insight in areas that extend from charming Dunbar in the Westside, beautiful downtown Vancouver, scenic North and West Vancouver, to across the bridge to the larger properties of Langley. He has extensive knowledge of building materials and renovation costs, along with the ability to connect you to various trades if you so require. It’s because he’s been there too, that he’s able to offer you wisdom and guidance as you navigate through the process of investing, whether it’s building or buying your dream home or purchasing revenue properties. He knows what buyers and sellers expect and deserve, having been there so many times himself.
